What do the owners love about the home and location?

 

We have enjoyed raising our family in this beautiful coastal home. We initially fell in love with the open plan living and beautiful aspect; we spend most months of the year on the deck or by the pool with the kids.

Our favourite place to unwind after a long day is up on the deck, relaxing over a glass of wine whilst we watch the beautiful sunset over the mountains.

Being able to work from home whilst raising our family has been a game changer, so it's the ideal setup of being able to work downstairs in a beautiful, inspiring space where we can bring staff and invite clients.

We love the proximity to the beach, and the short walk to shops and multiple parks. We ride our bikes to the beach often, and walk to the shops for our groceries.

The central location is so handy, we can just hop on the motorway and be at Maroochydore in 15 minutes, or Noosa Main Beach in 20minutes. The best thing about this spot though, is that in the school holidays we are away from the hustle and bustle, and have our own piece of paradise.
