JetRose Property follows our select clients and sells their premium properties across the country and overseas. Jet Rose Property specialises in certain locations across the East Coast of Australia from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney and as far as the NSW South Coast. We have a care for these areas and are local specialists with broader reach and strategies and technology for stronger buyer attraction when we sell in the locations we love and live in.

1. What areas do JetRose Property sell in?
For over a decade we have been lucky enough to sell all over Sydney and surrounds and the Sutherland Shire and NSW South Coast which we continue to work in for our repeat client base.
We are also focusing in QLD on the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Brisbane for select clients. We are between as a family Cronulla and Sunshine Coast and my work takes me all across the Eastern seaboard for clients.
I am a big believer in only working in areas you love and understand intrinsically the unique qualities the area has to offer. We stick to urban and trendy inner city lifestyles and coastal properties from Noosa to Peregian to Kings Beach, Kirra and right down to Cronulla, Sydney, North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and to the south coast of NSW and we follow our clients property interests across the east coast adding superior value everytime.
2. How long have you been selling for personally Richard?
I have been selling real estate as a lead agent for 11 years sole contracting to bigger agencies, before opening my own boutique brand. I have been buying real estate for 18 years and have been in sales for 21 years. My background in sales is in liquor retail of which I achieved the Liquor Stores Association Liquor Store Owner of the Year on two occasions and won many store awards, making it as a finalist for liquor store of the year in the prestigious National ALSA awards. This background gave me a good platform not only for sales but customer service. To compete with the larger brands we had to give our customers a service level second to none. I have taken that world class customer service experiences into our real estate company and ensure each client gets an experience that they are blown away with that transcends into multiple transactions over a lifetime with every client we work with.
3. What do you love about selling real estate?
I love the art of the deal and putting it together for my clients and the successful buyers and helping them transition to the next chapter of their lives. I am passionate about the marketing and positioning of a property to attract the most buyers and ensuring nothing is left out and the campaign helps us to generate the most amount of interest possible.
I am focused purely on working with a handful of clients over a lifetime over and above controlling a local market share because huge volume of listings at one time can result on limited customer service, personal assistants helping and not the lead agent and sometimes not the greatest of results. I ensure I take on less properties in my career now at one time to ensure all clients get our full undivided and first class service every time and I am always focused on the result being above expectation and a long lasting connection with our client.
4. What makes a great agent?
A great agent to me is someone who cares about the long term relationship with the client, not the commission from the deal. A great agent knows how to extract the most amount of money for their clients but also helps them save money in the process ensuring the strongest bottom line.
A great agent delivers a service experience with seamless communication to all parties and creates a marketing plan that finds those extra buyers in the process. The service and relationship is paramount and the process should be easy for the client everytime.
5. Why should a seller choose you to sell their property?
I think it is easy for an agent to say pick me, but not all sellers and agents are suited. The key is to meet with a few agents, see if you think you can work together and trust in someone that feels right. Ask the agent the hard questions, put them on the spot. An agent must be able to demonstrate ability with a track record of strong results and show you how they would market your property in its best light and be able to discuss with you how they will secure the maximum result in the negotiation and make the process as least daunting as it can be through great service and responsiveness.
I would like to think that my clients use my services over and over as they know I have the experience, track record and true dedication to the best result and service and that my heart is in it every single time with their best interests at heart. As well as knowing I have a knack and skillset to create superior results with the ability to work and adapt with clients and buyers from all walks of life in order to bring deals together that others might not.
6. Do you work with other agencies and agents?
When selling higher end properties we co agent and partner with each states agent connections as well as International agencies to give our clients smarter exposure. We are not greedy about fees but only the end result. When agents work together and leave egos at the door it is benefical for all parties. We also invite selected local agents the opportunity to bring a buyer to any home we sell and get paid for doing so across all price points.
