As a vendor it isn’t easy to put your home and complete trust into just anyone’s hands. You hold pride and enormous value for the endless years sacrificed in order to make that “house” a “home”. Richard Bowen (Rich) came highly recommend by my partner and his trusted property photographer of 12 years. So by taking on this listing, my home, he knew that the standard in execution had to be of the highest calibre. To make things even more difficult, COVID restrictions were in place and as such I was unable to be physically present during both the preparation of the home and during the sales campaign. From the very start to the end Rich kept me well informed and communicated how things tracked on a day to day basis. He made recommendations suited to the home, in both things that needed to be addressed and those of lesser importance. The campaign went smoothly and Rich was able to generate a lot of buyer interest. We joked of the expectation to sell the home within the week and well, it’s not a joke anymore!
